At the beginning of 2025, CLO acquired Swatchbook, which became part of the CLO family alongside CLO3D, CLO-SET, Connect, and Marvelous Designer.

Swatchbook helped brands and suppliers simplify digital design and material sourcing. It built the largest digital 3D material library, along with intuitive apps for material sourcing, management, exploration, design, and visualization. The platform developed cloud, desktop, and mobile software that connected the creative community within organizations to the product development process. The Challenge
Fifth has partnered with the Swatchbook team since 2017 and continues the successful collaboration today. We gradually completed the MVP, helped onboard paying clients, and shipped feature after feature to delight Swatchbook users.
Our challenge, then and now, remains the same: ensuring every feature meets the highest software development standards while keeping collaboration seamless, frequent, and transparent.
Our Solution
The partnership between Swatchbook and Fifth is another notable achievement added to our track record. Throughout the collaboration, every step was engaging — from exploring the client’s industry to holding ongoing discussions focused on improving the quality of work.We provided exceptional end-to-end support throughout the entire migration. Our team meticulously ported all existing functionalities from XSOAR to Chronicle SOAR and introduced new enhancements to optimize the new platform’s performance.

The Results:
We work with the Swatchbook team in two-week sprints following an agile development approach. This structure helps us stay organized, maintain clear priorities, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
One of the key challenges is the 12-hour time difference between our Armenian and U.S. teams, along with collaborators from the U.K. Despite this, we’ve built an efficient workflow through overlapping working hours, asynchronous communication, and structured sprint reviews.
Our ongoing goal is to refine this process to better align with Swatchbook’s strategic objectives and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customer/partner needs.
